If you purchased a PDF Download, the link will be sent to the email address you used for PayPal or Google Checkout. Please make sure your address is current.
Physical patterns, fabric, notions, kits and finished booties will be mailed within 24 hours on business days, to your PayPal or Google Checkout address.
If you have any questions about your pattern or when making it, please send me an email and I'll help anyway I can. If you have suggestions, please send them to me.
RETURNS on PHYSICAL ITEMS: If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, PLEASE contact me RIGHT AWAY to let me know. International buyers have up to 4 weeks to contact me; US buyers have two weeks. After that time, I will assume that you loved your item. I will happily accept returns on any item for a full refund, minus shipping, within the accepted time frame.

DOWNLOADED PATTERNS: If you have any problems downloading your patterns let me know right away and we'll get it figured out. I cannot offer refunds on downloaded patterns, unless of course, you can't get it downloaded no matter what we try.
